Diane Brown Wallace is the first child born to Percy Lee Brown, Jr. and Geraldine Malinda Brown. Diane attended the University of Iowa in 1973 studying Social Work. Diane married Booker T. Wallace on January 27, 1997. Booker attended Langston University until he was drafted into the USA Air Force.

Diane and Booker have six children: Don, Beau, Sharlae, Precious, Chris, and Shekinah. Don attended Tulsa Technology College and is a successful entrepreneur. Beau graduated from Liberty University (Sports Management) and is currently coaching basketball at Broken Arrow High School. Sharlae received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Precious currently attends Columbus State Community College. Chris graduated from Tulsa University (Economics) and is currently coaching basketball at Oral Roberts University. Shekinah attended Southern University majoring in Business Administration. Diane and Booker have 16 grandchildren.

Diane shares: “My parents have taught me the significance of education and I have also taught my children. My prayer is that my children will also teach their children and that my grandchildren will become Doctors, Attorneys, Preachers, Business Owners and Astronauts; that they will find their true purpose and destiny in God. I pray that our family's legacy which started with my father, the late Percy Lee Brown, will not be in vain. The advice I leave with the youth of today is that because God's people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge, gain all the knowledge that you can.”
