Lennie Lynwood Brown is the seventh child born to Percy Lee Brown, Jr. and Geraldine Malinda Brown. Lynwood has extensive years of experience in business development, marketing, sales and promotion and customer service. He possesses a high level of challenging, responsibilities throughout his professional career. Strong Leadership Skills, Life & Health Certified, CFL Certified, Series 63.

His extensive years of experience focus on key areas such as Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Education and Training - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

Lynwood is Certified and professionally trained in Business via the City of Los Angeles Workforce Development Division and the City of Inglewood. These trainings were designed to build capacity and equip Business Service Representatives. He has provided environmental consulting, construction consulting and HVAC consulting via his business LB & MD Environmental Services, Inc. His business has been certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), Disabled Veteran business Enterprise (DVBE), and Community business Enterprise (CBE). Lynwood has an educational background from Columbia University (Environmental Hygienist) and Oklahoma State University (B.S. — Business Administration). As a business consultant and business owner he has provided many strategies for assessing and resolving major environmental, construction and HVAC problems with success.

Lynwood has contributed to the Marcedes Lewis Football Camp via the Marcedes Lewis Foundation to help build youth in our inner city communities and participated in the coordination of Special Olympics in 1981-1984. Lynwood is a member of KAPPA ALPA PSI and was the Director of the United Way Food Drive. His success is based primarily on the quality work and the ethical commitment that he demonstrates to his clients. This penchant for quality and ethics allows him to work diligently on projects and produce amazing results. Due to the experience, professionalism, competitiveness and dedication he has concretized a favorable relationship with his clients. Lynwood is ready and able to extend the same richness in his future collaborations.

Lynwood has 8 children: Tameka R. Brown is a graduate of the University of Houston. She is currently employed by Houston Presbyterian Hospital. Lennie L. Brown, Jr. is currently in college and employed by AT&T. Terron Young resides in Los Angeles, CA. Lynazia B. Brown graduated from the Art Institute in Los Angeles and manages John Madden Franchise. Donte D. Brown attends Santa Monica College in Los Angeles, CA. Dominique R. Brown resides in Hawaii. Darius M. Brown is a first year student at West Los Angeles College. Da'Moine S. Brown is an 8th grade student in Los Angeles, CA. Brian Pakeman resides and works in Los Angeles, CA. Raymond Baptist resides and works in Los Angeles, CA. Bon Harris resides and works in Los Angeles, CA.
