Donna R. Brown

Donna R. Brown is the fourth child born to Percy L. Brown, Jr. and Geraldine M. Brown. Upon graduating from Steubenville "Big Red" High School, Donna attended the University of Iowa receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She received awards and achievements which included: University of Iowa Scholarship, Alpha Lambda Delta Academic Achievement Award, Honor's Club, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

After leaving Iowa, Donna continued her education at Tulsa University majoring in Finance/Business. While at Tulsa University, Donna worked at Atlantic Richfield Company and Arco Oil and Gas Company. Years later, Donna found herself in Denver, Colorado working at Hallwood Energy Company as Gulf Coast District Accounting Manager. While in Denver, she attended and graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver's Division of Extended Studies. Currently, Donna is CEO at Gahanna Children's College where she employs 25 employees. Donna has one son, Brandon. Brandon will attend The Ohio State University in August 2015 majoring in Athletic Training/Physical Therapy.

Donna shares: "I am so blessed to have parents who believed in me, parents who taught me at an early age, that I could be anything that I wanted to be! My parents "always" stressed the importance of reading, writing, and getting a good education. Education is key! What you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. (Ephesians 6:8)."
