1. To apply, print and complete the scholarship application below:

2. Attach the following documentation:

    • Letter of acceptance from college/technical school (Enrolled or Accepted)
    • Two letters of reference from a teacher/professor
    • Character letter from church pastor or minister
    • Attach a copy of your resume, or give a brief description of your life’s experiences
